This course is designed to gently guide you into the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, step by step. With the support of 2 qualified teachers, we’ll build a strong foundation of breath, focus and alignment gradually working towards the Primary Series.
As the course progresses, you will gradually build strength and flexibility to move towards your independent ashtanga practice, known as Mysore style, where you can practice on your own, anywhere.Whether you’re brand new to yoga or simply new to this style, this course will give you the tools to grow at your own pace and gradually gain confidence and strength to explore and learn primary series. If you are already experienced with this style of yoga, modifications will be offered to guide you even deeper in your practice.
Join our weekly course at Inspire yoga studio every Wednesday at 18:00. Class length - 90 min.

About the teachers:Marina Borovaya is a certified yoga teacher (since 2021), who has been practicing yoga for more than a decade. She continually seeks innovative ways to explore the intricate relationships between body, mind and spirit, both on individual and collective levels. She believes that there is wisdom in our bodies that reaches beyond our life experiences and tapping into it is the key to navigating change
Irina Olsen is an Ashtanga yoga teacher with over 10 years of dedicated personal practice. She has completed 500 hours of teacher training, including a 200-hour Ashtanga program at Nøsen with Aleks Medin in 2023 and a 300-hour Ashtanga training in Rishikesh, India, in 2024. Both trainings are registered with Yoga Alliance (RYS) and focused exclusively on the Ashtanga method.
